Discover our new legal tender coin which is the perfect complement to our collection of coins dedicated to the Queen. The Elizabeth II collection is the very first legal tender collection of our Maison and has an international standing.
Because each new coin is an opportunity to push our standards even higher, the Elizabeth II - 1/2 ounce is no exception. The limited striking surface was a major challenge in order to preserve all the details and the fineness of the design during the striking process. An exceptional level of fineness, the limited edition and unique reference number provide you with the guarantee that you are acquiring a rare and exclusive coin.
In the centre of the obverse side you see the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, whilst the vintage and face value of 50 New Zealand dollars are shown on the outside border.
On the reverse side is a lotus flower, a symbol of beauty, purity and elegance. It's also a charming nod to the Pacific islands to which the island of Niue belongs. Located in the heart of the Pacific between Tonga, Samoa and Cook, the island is part of the Commonwealth, of which the queen is the head.
