This buyback price is calculated according to the current price and therefore ensures that you can sell your products at the best price.
With the Vera Valor Guarantee, you have the choice to keep, transmit or resell your coins at any time.
In order to certify its genuineness, it is important to join the certificate of authenticity of each product. This document was delivered with the coin when you purchased it.
In the event that the certificate document would be missing, you would incur an additional 5% fee.
Procedure to be followed
To benefit from this guarantee, you just have to go on your personal account, select the product you wish to resell and click on the “Sell” button. We will then contact you to let you know how to proceed.
Customers wishing to benefit from this guarantee outside the European Union countries must first contact our Customer Service Department who will explain the procedure to be followed and give all information on additional costs related to the tax applicable in the said country.
Following the purchase of your product by Vera Valor and after the coin expertise, you will be given the choice between a Vera Valor voucherof the value of the sold product or a direct payment to the bank account attached to your customer’s account. The payment period is about 5 - 7 business days due to the time required for the expertise of the product and the bank transfer processing.
