Description

The design

We have created a unique, ultra-limited edition plate (100 copies only), lasered with some of Gustave Eiffel's best-known works: the base of the Eiffel Tower, the Garabit Viaduct and the metal structure of the Statue of Liberty. This exclusive plate houses VeraBlack in a dedicated capsule. Each plate is individually numbered, from 1 to 100.

Inside the same box, you'll also find an exclusive cyanotype of the Eiffel Tower, produced by a professional photographer. This 19th-century photo printing technique was made possible by the use of photosensitive products containing iron... A nod to the main equipment used by the famous engineer! Eiffel's descendants also used this photographic process to print their plans, the famous "blue prints". A certificate of authenticity is issued with each Gustave Eiffel gold coin, guaranteeing its purity and origin. By owning this rare coin, you become the guardian of a tangible fragment of Gustave Eiffel's history.
